At Panglobal Services LLC, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality services and programs. We understand that situations may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary. Below is our comprehensive policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation and Refund Terms

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel any scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service charge. If a client fails to attend a scheduled service without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and the full amount of the service will be charged. In the case of emergencies, we encourage you to contact us at info@panglobalservice.com, and exceptions may be made at our discretion.

For programs or events, cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees. Cancellations within 7 days of the event or program are non-refundable. However, if Panglobal Services LLC cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or be given the option to reschedule.

If you are not satisfied with a service provided, you may contact us within 7 days of service completion at info@panglobalservice.com. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a refund or adjustment. Services that meet the agreed-upon terms are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Refunds are not available for digital products, including downloadable content and e-books, as these are considered final sale. In the case of program cancellations by the client, any refund will be subject to the cancellation terms stated above.

To cancel a service or request a refund, email us at info@panglobalservice.com with your full name, order or service details, the reason for the request, and the scheduled date of service or event. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
